Malcolm,

Usually it’s best to post a link to a screenshot or a video link instead of an attachment, if you can. Making a link in an email in MM is very fast and easy.

The moderation process was designed by the author as a workaround for small message sizes, which are preferred by default for this user list. SFAIK, there are few people other than Benny who authorize enlarged messages.

As to the problem, perhaps your trial didn’t store the IMAP account details properly or you were trying an old version of MailMate? In any event your current version seems to have working accounts. So, try reinstalling at least one of those non-working IMAP accounts to improve access in MM.

The Help menu in MM (Help>MailMate Help>Account Setup) leads to a detail page about setting up your account(s) properly, including some advanced naming features for multiple alias emails, finding your account details.

Respectfully,

Henry Seiden

I posted a screenshot last week. I received a response saying that the post needed moderation because it contained an attachment. At this point I'm guessing that moderation isn't very active.

However, I can see that there are accounts that I can edit, and others that I cannot. What is the difference between them? The IMAP accounts that I cannot edit were entered during the trial period before I purchased a license. The IMAP accounts that I can edit were entered after purchasing a license.

Post a screenshot of your Edit IMAP Account dialog? Maybe someone will see something you’ve missed.

As I set an IMAP account up I left some fields empty and now I want to complete them. I can easily locate the "Edit IMAP account..." dialog. My issue is that the "Apply" button is not active. No matter which field I edit the Cancel button is the only active button.

thanks for any advice,
