I've now explicitly marked you as a non-spammer, but I'm not quite sure this always works (for future tickets). Anyone experiencing this problem is welcome to write me via “Help > Send Feedback”. I do have a script running keeping an eye on the spam detection at lighthouse, but it's fine to give me a nudge by email if I don't react on critical issues. I've also replied to the ticket. I believe you'll have to add yourself as a “watcher” of the ticket (to be notified of future comments). This is somehow removed when the ticket has been in the spam-state (which just makes it even more annoying).
