It’s been quite a while since I used a Outlook/Office365 account with MailMate, but besides removing the account and the keys, I *seem* to remember that I also had to remove the ‘connected’ application from the Outlook/Office365 settings for MailMate. But as you’ve not even succeeded in connecting once since the move from the self-hosted Exchange to Office365, I doubt it’s there. I think Raza is correct in assuming that they’ve just blocked access except certain mail clients. I’m guessing they won’t let you create an ‘app password’ in the Office365 settings?
