One bug reported:
/Applications/MailMate.app//Contents/Resources/MmMessageListview/ is
mis-capitalized, so launching on a case-sensitive system fails.
Workaround fix:
mv /Applications/MailMate.app//Contents/Resources/MmMessageList{v,V}iew
