Nicola, The *@domainname.com is a wildcard which will send to ALL names in your domain.com. I think you want to send your signature to only certain members of your domain.com. Or do you want to send signatures outside your domain.com?to n...@otherdomain.com?
Example: 1. For sending a signature to te...@domain.com, te...@domain.com, te...@domain.com and not to n...@domain.com just leave the last one out of the list, in your criteria. So you’ll need to enumerate all specific recipients. 2. OTOH if it’s differing domains, only enumerate each domain that gets the signature, and all recipients at EACH domain using the wildcard: *@domain.com, *@other-domain.com, *@third-domain.com, etc. 3.
