There are keystrokes by default. With the cursor in the To: field, press
Option-Return to reveal the Cc: field, and then again to reveal the Bcc:
field.
It’s possible there are commands to use for key bindings as well (I
don’t know off the top of my head) though I find these built-in ones
very natural and intuitive when composing.
