in the culture most of my communicants share, one's computer clock is set to local time. so the Date: of their email tells me a lot about the environment in which they wrote the email. while i understand mailmate's summary panel displaying the dates in my local time zone, i am quite unhappy that it munges the Date field in the displayed header. is there a hack?
