This is a nit, but an annoying one that's irked me for months (perhaps years). I typically sign my name like so:
-Eric What happens is as soon as I type that hyphen, the MM composer immediately opens its preview pane, showing a bullet, as if I was entering a markdown bulleted item. Then when I type the 'E', the preview window closes and I'm back to plain text. Why does MM prematurely assume I'm going to enter a bulleted item when I'm actually not? Shouldn't it wait until there's a space after the hyphen before treating it as a markdown bullet? The same behavior happens with the asterisk and plus sign characters. As soon as they're typed at the start of a line, MM jumps to the incorrect conclusion that I'm entering a markdown bulleted item. Benny, any chance this can be fixed? Thanks. -Eric _______________________________________________ mailmate mailing list Unsubscribe: https://lists.freron.com/listinfo/mailmate
