Try Commands -> Change Subject. I don't know if that changes the subject
locally only or also does an APPEND and EXPUNGE to also change the
subject of the message on the server. (Mac Eudora let you edit as much
of the message as you like, and APPENDed the edited message to put it on
the server, and EXPUNGEd the original.)
