I have been having the same issue for months. Just in case it is
relevant, the issue does not happen to my work Office 365 account, only
my personal one.

••••••••••" and ends in the perfectly good refresh
tokens (and the access token and expiry date) being deleted from the
keychain. Has anyone faced this ?
