Hi Carl,

I tried the audio captcha but I had no luck there.  But it was so fast and
at times the voice seemed to fade so that doesn't surprise me.  Usually I
do get it by the 2nd time but for some reason today it just doesn't want to
accept it.  I'll try again in awhile.

I did consider the idea of it timing out so I copied everything to a
document.  I then went to a 2nd machine and pasted it.  This was using IE
on a machine where I had never accessed the form before.  Same result.

In some way this makes me wonder if there is something in my content that
it doesn't like.  So far as I can tell I am putting in the IP addresses,
email header content and so on exactly as it asks.
