Not on my servers (they are not very busy), but outlook.com servers are really 
a pain in the ass. 

Seems they make some "protections" on some email, even used for network 
operators, really feed up with such people.

(If Outlook.com / outlook365 administrator reads me, please unlock the 
"protection" around peering email and support with microsoft peering system, I 
gonna be mad with your system).
