Do more people see random blocking from Yahoo because it claims the IP is 
listed on the PBL?

Needless to say the IP was never on the PBL (the policy blocklist you can set 
as an owner of ip space). Furthermore, all other MTA's on Yahoo's side were 
accepting mails from this IP just fine (at that time). Thanks,
