Our outbound email queue to netsol hosted domains has been building up since 9:51 am (U.S. Central), but our first note of delay was already at 9:12 am. Our email servers are logging the following: 399 TCP Read failed (Connection timed out after 0 seconds) 399 TCP Read failed (Err Code Zero after 181 seconds 451 4.3.2 Please try again later We did have a few messages deliver around 12:30 pm. You can see the trend of complaints here, too: https://downdetector.com/status/network-solutions Quite a few tweets on it, too.
