Joe, thanks for reaching out. I was one of the people who mentioned the FPs. It seems to have come and gone by now so I don't know how much we can troubleshoot after the fact. Basically, there seemed to be listings found via a DNSBL query via DNS, and then when you would plug that same IP address into the Barracuda website, it would not find an associated listing.
I'll be sure to drop you a line if I notice a recurrence. Maybe if it happens again we can catch it in progress.
