I have no idea about this bl but - quite a few data points you might use in your decision making process.
Did they reach out first to your postmaster mailbox and did they then get a reply? If not then how long did they not get a reply before they did this? Did they hit trap(s) on your server or was the block due to this swinog or some other bl?
