We have a customer that sent mail through our server to a domain we manage in Google. The sender got a bounce back with:
************************************************************************ Technical details of permanent failure: Your email to group [address] was rejected due to spam classification. To address this issue: * Contact the owner of the group, who can choose to enable message moderation instead of bouncing these emails. * Set up SPF records for your sending domain if you have not done so already. Instructions for both steps can be found here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/168383. ************************************************************************ The message was sent to three address: one user and two groups. The user got the message, but the groups bounced it. The sending domain has proper SPF, and the headers included in the Google bounce message include the SPF "pass". The info at the support page appears out of date and doesn't match the bounce message. Any suggestions? -- Chris Adams <[email protected]> _______________________________________________ mailop mailing list [email protected] https://chilli.nosignal.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mailop
