Hello everyone, A customer of SendGrid's is seeing an uptick of blocking from tiscali.co.uk. The email being sent consists of triggered marketing emails. I have tried postmaster@ and abuse@ addresses for Tiscali and TalkTalk with no response. The error code we're seeing is of this form:
550 5.1.0 Sorry, we’ve identified a number of outgoing emails from your email provider as spam so we haven’t been able to send your email to its intended recipient. Please try again later or using an alternative email address. For more information visit our help article (link: help2.talktalk.co.uk/i-cant-send-or-receive-emails) (TT406) Is anyone seeing an uptick of errors at this domain and does anyone know a contact at Tiscali or TalkTalk that I can reach out to?
