We have seen some random PBL listings over the past month. Each listing does not last more than 2-4 minutes. Initially, it was confirmed to be a false positive.
The problem is that 1&1 in Germany uses the PBL as a blacklist and we do see emails bouncing with a 554 error during the duration of the PBL listing (2-4 minutes every few days).
