This is probably a custom filtering rule, we see many of those lately
due to the large bot net ransom ware spams..
They use a fake 'RE' or 'FW' without a reference..
But of course, again. You have to be more explicit when asking questions
like this in the mailing list, in order to get proper feedback.
For instance, where where you sending, and full email message headers
would help.. even if you have to redact private information.
I would suggest that by the message, it is some form of filtering rules,
and you should check with who you are sending it to ;)
