Hi Andrew. Thanks for the quick reply. We don't get to the point were there is
an actual bounce-back. My entire netblock seems to be listed. The connection is
terminated. See below from my mailserver logs.

I have not configured a FBL with Yahoo and am not DKIM signed at this time.

I have not been able to send any messages at all so volume is a total non-issue
right now. As far as expected volume.. maybe 10-15 messages per month. I don't
do any kind of mass mailing.

I am getting a TS03 at the moment but had a different one before that stated it
was a temporary deferral. It has been more than 24 hours since I have tried.
Not going live with these new IP's yet for this reason.

Deferred: host mta7.am0.yahoodns.net[98.138.112.37] said: 421 4.7.1 [TS03] All
messages from 67.219.182.10 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT
succeed. See https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3436.html (in reply to
MAIL FROM command)

Hi Dave,

Can you provide the first part of the bounce? Bounces from yahoo with that
detail arent aligned with a blacklisting. I believe those are almost always
reputation related and new sending IPs will see those errors for a few weeks
while their system adjusts to your volume and mailing history to determine if
those IPs are trustworthy or not.

That said knowing if the error was a TS03 vs TS01 or TS02 may help you on next
actions. If its an 03-type error you may want to cease all mail from those IPS
for at least 24hrs before retrying.

Are the messages being sent from a DKIM signed domain AND do you have the yahoo
FBL configured for that domain(s)?

Subject: [mailop] Yahoo blacklist removal

Just got a new /23 block from a previous owner. All is well except Yahoo has
the entire /23 "permanently deferred due to user complaints". The only way I
was able to find to contact Yahoo was their "bulk sender request forum". We are
not bulk senders and just need to keep in touch with our customers who choose
to use Yahoo mail.

Have submitted 6 separate tickets requested delisting and explaining the
situation to yahoo. It has fallen on death or untrained ears as I just get a
canned reply and the tickets gets closed with no way to actually respond to a
real person.

Does anyone have a contact at Yahoo or experience with this type of issue?

Mail server IP's
67.219.182.10
67.219.183.10

Netblock owned by us, purchased 2 weeks ago (yahoo has entire block listed)
67.219.182.0/23

Any help greatly appreciated.
