Does anyone on-list have a contact at Charter corporate? I have a client who has a dedicated IP that they use to send from our mail space. It is my understanding (second hand) that Charter.com blocks all ESP traffic. My client has several contacts there that they would like to mail from our platform and has enlisted my help in requesting whitelisting.
