We have been blocked for 48 hours by SORBS for an email that was in no way spam. It did not look like spam and was sent to a small group of email addresses. The ip address in question only has this one entry in their system and of course no replies to request for answer as to why we have to wait 48 hours even though this was not spam nor as to what triggered it as spam.

If someone from SORBS could contact me off list or on list I don't care, either way we need to get this block removed.
Bryan,

After interrogating the database for user ids, support tickets and delistings... I'm guessing the 'cniteam.com' is you... the only support ticket I can find from you is a 3 year old DUHL ticket where it is obvious you came across the NetManager, but was only willing to use it if you could fudge with it with no expectations or limitations on doing the right thing... (for others reading I get this from the statement: "At least spamhaus lets us control our own IP blocks without having to send them a legally binding document.") - I might add the ticket is still "waiting for reply" from Bryan and have no idea whether the actual delist was affected elsewhere as it certainly wasn't in the request as the request was incomplete (as detailed in the reply sent.)

Perhaps you'd like to backup the assertion that "It did not look like spam and was sent to a small group of email addresses." with the actual IP address so I can verify or deny your assertion.

Regards,

Michelle
