I just saw on Full Disclosure about Apple patching a bunch of services for disabling TLS1.0, so I figured I’d give Apple Mail a shot. I can confirm that Apple Mail Version 11.1 (3445.4.7) does in fact use TLS1.2 now, but of course you’re always going to have older clients hitting your servers unless you are corporate and can control it.
