They have a bizarre policy that when you send a spam report in response to one of their survey invitations, they reply and say it's been suppressed *for that user only*. I've gone around with them on this, they insist they have no control over the mail that goes through their servers, then eventually they grudgingly admit that just once as a big favor perhaps they can stop sending mail to that particular spamtrap.
Please don't tell us how stupid this is -- we all know. Anyone know anyone there with a pulse? Is there another service that does sort of the same thing less anti-socially?
