Hi, We recently (in October) added a "default" DKIM signature. You start with a "low" reputation (as they don't know you). I am pretty sure they retroactively notched my domain reputation up from medium to high. I remember being on medium, now I see the reputation going to high on 8th of December.
So I reviewed the graph for 120 days. In the domain reputation graph they even display information before there was such a default DKIM signature (which didn't use to be there). Somehow they are adding other domain reputation data that they find relevant/reliable enough (coming from emails without DKIM signatures of that domain). It also seems this graph is getting more dynamic in nature.
