This static IP Address of one of our customers got blocked by Outlook
365.

We never got abuse complaints about that IP. Nor does our customer have
a clue why his IP could be blocked.

Our customer did go thorugh the delisting process under
https://sender.office.com/ and also I did the same proccess for his ip
and I get confirmation:

The IP address in question is not currently blocked in our system.

But our customer tells me he still faces the same error message.

Could you enlighten me on why his IP is still blocked despite your tool
telling it's not?
