For, “smaller players” the best way is to submit the traffic thru SpamCop.

We get a feed from them, and it’s one more drop in the bucket … but the buckets 
are looked at by a human.

About 20% of the UCE and spam that reaches my customers' INBOXES is from or  Obviously reporting it is a waste of time as they're 
both brick walls to smaller players.
