We've scheduled an update to address this on Monday; hitting refresh
appears to load actual word images to let people submit normally. Also
rather oddly, it doesn't appear that this 'shutdown' message appears for
everyone all the time, which may explain the minimal amount of people who
have notified us of the issue.
