The 2017 issue was about *another* domain. At that time you told me the domain of the sender and I think I fixed the issue as the domain has never been listed again on your list. From my logs april 2018 was the first time I tried to delist the mymailer DOT it domain on your site and I sent 1 delist request and 3 followup emails waiting 1-2 weeks between them with zero answers from you (not even an ack), then I decided I better spend my resources trying to get my recipients make complaint because, as you say, when complaints come only from the sender then no one care because this is what spammers do. This is not to blame you but to try to be transparent and prove I'm not a blackhat and I don't want to find someone to blame between me and you, while I'd prefer to identify the spammer abusing my platform or, if it was a false positive, find a way to get this reported by the recipients (as we both care about them). I know running a blacklist is hard and dealing with delisting request is a PITA, that's why I posted here trying to talk about something different from blacklisting/delisting: how false positive reports happens and flow to blacklist owners. Stefano PS: I keep replying here only because this list have public archives and I don't want an offlist answer to sounds like I have something to hide. I understand no one cares about those details and I apologize for this. Rob: if you agree and you want to tell something more about the delisting you can also write me offline, instead if you have something to say about the false positive reports collections I still think we could be in-topic. _______________________________________________ mailop mailing list [email protected] https://chilli.nosignal.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mailop
