It's just a suggestion, has no basis in any reason why the message was
marked as spam.  If you send me the headers of the message, I can file a
false positive spam report to investigate.

With ARC and XOAR, it's unlikely the authentication didn't pass through
correctly on the forward, unless there is a misconfiguration for the GSuite
Domain.  That said, the spam rejection is likely unrelated to
authentication.
