I saw this the first time on 15th may 2018. I unlisted an IP even today.

The unlisting is very fast and, at this time, IPs unlisted have not
been relisted.

In my case it happened with IPs from 3 different ranges. One of the
ranges had most of the IPs involved in the weeks, while the other 2
ranges only had few occourences.
