It didn't work for me too until a couple of hours ago.
Now the web interface works again, but newer data is missing: the last day 
with data is October the 5th.
 
SNDS is the data collector. If the website isn?t up then the data isn?t 
being collected. MS has never filled in old data. As I understand it, they 
don?t have the data to be able to backfill missing days.
