Yes. We see that a lot.

Hm that I cannot say. We've reached out to their Zurich based outbound team.
They're always responding fast and take some action.

We also keep the Google IP ranges on very tight inbound limits. We've
recognized that these spam message are adding a good amount of traffic to the
normal level in short time.
Blocking everything above our limits at least keeps the spam volume low.
