has someone experienced Cloudmark CSI abnormal listing in the last week?

Look like since the february 12 many customers who didn't have any problem before and didn't do abnormal or new activities got a Cloudmark listing problem.

I suppose they are rising the bar for the spam complaint over sent email ratio in the last days or they changed somethin on theyr system.

Customers with limited transactional email activities got also listed without any real anomaly or spike in their traffic. We monitor the feedback loops for our customers and got listings on ips with 0 feedback loops received, or zero activity, i also seen a listing this morning after a customer receive 1 spam complaint over 10000 emails sent.

I can't find a cause on the customers activities and i got limited info from the Cloudmark. They gave me some standard reponse of reputation reset with no explanations to my inquiry, or no response at all. This is strange they usually are giving feedbacks.

Any advice will be appreciate.
