If you're being blocked by CSI then you should ge getting a rejection message directing you to the remediation portal. Have you put in a request for a reset? Or are you not receiving such a rejection message or otherwise not getting a resolution? Also, really helpful to include IP(s) when you send out messages like this. If there is anyone who can help, they can try and do so before having to respond to your mail :)
