Is there a reason why you're adding them as a onesie twosie manner?

If I were to do something like that, I'd likely find out the IP space that $HostingCompany is using and wholesale block them. I'm confident there are ways to do this based on the Global Internet Default Free Zone BGP feeds. I.e. null route any IPs associated with their ASN(s).
