We (Apple) are trying to determine why non-marketing email from a third-party vendor being sent on our behalf is getting Junk-foldered. I tried to reach out to a contact there from my work address (cc:ed on this mail) a few days ago, but haven't heard anything and I've got some high-level folks looking for me to provide them some answers.
