Hi there!

Looking for someone from Google to contact off thread if possible? Or on thread
- we're not fussy! 😊🙏

It seems since the switch from old to new Search Console we weren't sent email
warnings about malicious content on our CDN. Normally we get search console
emails, action them immediately and we're okay. Since we haven't been getting
the emails at all in May, this allowed a few things to pile up.

We have Sophos anti-virus scanning on upload and download, but it can happen
that virus definitions aren't updated and things get through.

We actioned everything in the Search Console list but the list wasn't
exhaustive and our first review failed 😞 We've kicked off a manual rescan of
all uploads from April onwards, but we’ve been waiting for the second review
for ~2 days and this is affecting deliverability for a huge amount of our email
and eroding customer trust.

Emails containing images/uploads/attachments on our domain intercom-mail.com
<http://intercom-mail.com/> are now giong to spam and showing warnings on all
emails.

Is there any avenue to expedite this review process (Message type:
[WNC-611600]) or to communicate if extra steps are required on our end? We
believe we have actioned all malicious content but I want to make sure we do
this right and return to good standing with Gmail overall.

Thanks a million!
