I think maybe it's time to start redirecting this recipient to /dev/null
locally, just to avoid these postmaster messages.  This is from yesterday:

I assume each of these increases the probability that normal email from
my domain to recipients at Yahoo will be refused, because I have an ever
lengthening history of trying to send email to disabled mailboxes?
