I posted this a few days ago over on the Google forums and it hasn’t gotten
much traction. A full week of being down seems pretty odd. In the past I've
gotten answers using the forum but so far nothing yet. Maybe if more people
reply to it, it will get noticed. Worth a shot.

Can see the same issue across multiple client domains. Most stop on June
13th but some appear to have stopped reporting earlier, in May or April.

    Hi,

Anyone here work for or have a contact at Symantec.cloud/Messagelabs who
can help troubleshoot a mail problem with their clients getting bounces
from their servers trying to send e-mail to our server? The bounces aren't
helpful so trying to see if they have logs that would help troubleshoot.
