If there is anyone from Microsoft that would be able to have a look at the thread on ticket SRX1475905338ID and provide any advice I would be very appreciative. We have been working that IP very carefully using only our most engaged and newest members and it's just gone from red to green on SNDS and continued that way with different campaigns. The exact same campaign went out on our alternate IP and that has stayed green and enjoying very good engagement to subsequent campaigns sent. Also, it would be very helpful to know if return path certification would improve the situation. We have implemented all of the best practice from their requirements but have limited funds. If it will help we can prioritise funds from dev to move to RP and get that going.
