Yes, locally we use sieve and it works perfectly
This is all pretty basic functionality which have been around for years so
perhaps I'm missing something?

Basically I'm looking for a header that, if seen by Outlook, automatically moves the mail to the junk folder, similarly to Tbird... but I'm probably too optimistic that something like that exists.
