Hi,

Of course diversity is declining. A lot of legit mails sent from smaller 
operators ends up in junk mail mailboxes of these major operators (mostly at 
Microsoft mail services).
As small operators  we have no real way to clearly understand why this happens, 
so the customers, tired of this situation, slowly move to bigger operators so 
they are sure their mail arrives to their destination.

I think all this has been discussed in the recent “Junk filtering as a tool for 
unfair competition” thread.

Somewhere I saw someone mention the declining diversity in mail system 
operators (due to the popularity of pushing things into Microsoft, Google, 
etc.'s platform) being a concern for the Internet. It was an article, IETF (or 
similar) tract, something...

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
