By itself there's no adverse impact on reputation. Same goes for sub- domains. Reputation is something which is built up over time. So keeping the same DKIM signing configuration is often preferable to changing it purely for aesthetic reasons, and this is especially true for already established large volume senders. Also, it matters a lot if you are planning to implement DMARC[1], but for very different reasons. Ken.
