Hey Marc, I suggest emailing [email protected], that's the SNDS help
address and they do respond.

Also, if you're submitting ranges larger than /24, I suggest breaking them
down into /24s. I've had similar problems in the past -- not just with
Microsoft -- where submitting a range larger than /24 ends up with it
truncated to /24 or otherwise incorrectly converting the CIDR entry into IP
addresses.
