Hi All,

 

Is there anyone from Microsoft available that we could talk offline to in 
regards to some tickets we've opened in the last few weeks? We are seeing some 
reputation issues for a particular customer for a while. We've worked through 
every single point in their program (from infrastructure through engagement, 
volume, content, spoofing/phishing) and we are not able to understand what may 
be wrong at this point. We've dealt with support extensively, however we cannot 
correlate what we've been told with what we see on our side.

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
