Yes, some customers again gave their credentials to phishers who subsequently abused the accounts. They were mostly blocked automatically, throttled and the rest of them manually cleaned this morning. Unfortunately the help provided in the error message: http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors Does not tell how to get delisted or how to get more details on the specific code S3150.
