Hi,
once in a while, some of our outgoing customer mails are rejected by remote sites with a 500 code because one of our sending IPs are temporary blacklisted. or due to other reasons we are not able to deliver the mail. I'm only talking about cases, where the mail itself, is not the reject reason. I'm thinking about not bouncing this mails back to my users, and give them another try after the problem is solved with remote site. Is this acceptable / sounds like a good idea? I dont want to bother my users with bounces and have them send mails over and over again until problem is solved. Thank you. Stefan
