Hello,

We've got a client with emails going directly to the SPAM folder to his
clients and his own account at Yahoo. The SPF / DKIM / DMARC records
have all been configured as of a few months ago, but this seems to have
just come up.
The customer has a Yahoo account himself, and tested a message to it
that went directly to Spam, but the headers show that all checks are
passing. We opened a ticket with Verizon, but they said that was on the
client and his recipients to flag the emails as "Not Spam". Does anybody
have more information on this, or what we might be able to do to get
those messages sending to the Inbox again? Let me know if more
information is required here.
